3.3.3. Reimbursement of Products
The reimbursement of Products returned to the address indicated in the preceding points must be made by bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the Products in the central warehouse. 4. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

4.4. Any bank charges for payment of the price and transport costs for the delivery of the Order are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
5.1. Deliveries are made by the courier company UPS (called courier or courier service) only in the territory of the French Republic.

5.5. Orders sent to a UPS office at the customer's request will be stored in the carrier's office within 10 business days of the shipping date. If the shipment is not requested within the deadline, E. Miroglio France may consider that the contract is terminated by the client.
5.6. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition and compliance of the Products with respect to the Order. The Customer must request the opening of the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the conformity of the Products and their condition.
Damage or non-compliance, if any, must be detailed on the return slip.
In the event of damage manifestly resulting from transport, the Customer must refuse the damaged product and mention 'refusal for damage caused during transport' on the return slip, it being specified that any complaint must, to be valid towards the carrier, be sent within 48 hours of delivery of the Products, by e-mail or letter addressed to the dedicated service of the Seller on its Website.
