3.3. Product return and exchange process

3.3.1 Right of withdrawal

The reimbursement of the sums actually paid by the Customer will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the notification of the Customer's withdrawal.

3.3.3. Reimbursement of Products

The reimbursement of Products returned to the address indicated in the preceding points must be made by bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the Products in the central warehouse. 5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. Deliveries are made by the courier company UPS (called courier or courier service) only in the territory of the French Republic.

5.6. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition and compliance of the Products with respect to the Order. The Customer must request the opening of the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the conformity of the Products and their condition.

Damage or non-compliance, if any, must be detailed on the return slip.
